The staff here were really nice and friendly. My room was big and had lots of natural light, and the beds were comfy 😊.

The staff were good and kind, their services were fantastic. The hotel was placed within 0.5 km of the airport.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control and a safe box inside the room. A bathtub in the large bathroom was super awesome. Stayed for 3 nights, the staff was best during all this time.

The hotel was beautifully kept and excellent value. It was in a central location down the hill, close to the main attractions, restaurants, mini marts, shops, and bars.

All in all, great value for money. Staff was helpfull and we loved our stay. Volcano view was worthy. It was a super close walk to La Fortuna city center...

The accommodation at Hotel Arenal By Regina had a central location close to the town center. It was very close to many shops and restaurants, as well as several good restaurants, cafes, the city center, and the main attractions of the area.

Friendly and patient staff made us feel right at home 😊. the location was perfect - so many restaurants and bars nearby. Plus, there was a market and various shops within walking distance.

The location was awesome, it was so convenient to get around to all the places we wanted to visit with just a short walk. Having private parking right there was a plus, and the service was top-notch. We had a superb experience here, and we're definitely planning to return! 😊.

We had a lovely corner room with a wrap around balcony that provided sensational views of the volcano. The room itself was spotlessly clean, quite large, and very well equipped. The bathroom was similarly clean and nicely appointed. The star of the show however was the hotel manager, who was the perfect host, helping us book transfers and excursions at very good rates. I would highly recommend this hotel for its amazing views and excellent service.
